Nothing good. It is awful that recruits are dropping out of training because of an unprecedented fear of being targeted. Police officers know they will be in harms way on the job, but with executions at the gas pump it's pretty hard for them to recruit.

I don't know the fix, but we've got to find it and protect those who protect.

My opinion is that personal accountability has become non existent in our society... that needs to be addressed immediately if we stand a chance at righting this ship...

It's bad...very bad. I think people have taken what could have been a great movement to raise awareness and to foster better mix-raced communities and have now turned it into something that will go down in history as the complete opposite. I think the current environment is push wedges further between the races and the violence will only continue until people realize that all lives matter.

It's hell. Family members are worried. But if we walk away, less good comes of it. Evil wins.

I agree brother, but we lose people everyday at my department... people are just tired of it all.

Absolutely. It's disgustingly horrible. And I work for a grossly understaffed rural agency.
