I think the Army needs to go to MOS specific testing instead. Similar to the Air Force.

The Air Force has medics specialize their area of expertise. Maybe the Army should do the same. Emergency Trauma Medicine isn't the only thing we should know. OB/PEDS/Family etc. just spitballing.
