What are your thoughts on the Warrior transition Battalions?

What do you all think about the process and timeline in order to put a Soldier through for a transfer to one? As iam sure there are regulations and guidlines out there for this, can it be done Faster and are there specifications on who may or may not be referred and why. The digging i did do, led to the answer of "no specified criteria" so is this for everyone being medically discharged? Why would the process be so long. From what i have read and seen its typically a few months to accomplish a transfer , Which i believe is pretty useless to those being medically discharged without serious surgeries ect.. (May have kinda answered my question there) as the time period now is only about 3 months for the process to be completed. Sorry i know there are alot of questions in there but the process and how it gets started strikes me as odd. I'm currently going through PEB process and have all that the WTB is supposed to provide for the most part as in a nurse case manager ect.. (And do not wish for this by any means there are those who can really use these places) But it has never been brought up in my case.. There is more to the story i wont divulge on here on why i have questions, but are about another Soldier. Any and all info would be greatly appriciated .
