What are your top three strengths and how do they help you in your career or business?

CPT Christopher Coker I used my leadership, planning, and project management skills to have a successful civilian career.

1. Integrity - One must have ethical values in order to work at or own a business
2. Improvement - One must be capable of growing in ability; stagnation or deterioration will harm regardless of previous strength or success
3. Cross-functionality - One must be able to understand multiple roles in order to lead, manage or properly analyze

I can sum them up in two words.... work ethic.
