What avenues should I pursue after my ex-wife accessed my MilPds?

So yesterday I get text from my ex asking if I am deploying. I tell her no. (I was loaded against one but they had the wrong person). Now she is a GS in a Mx career field, I am OPs. I asked her how she knew and apparently she pulled a rip from my Milpds. Clearly there is no reason to do that given I am in no way in her oversight. Well she told me to pound sand. This is clearly a violation of my Pii, Fouo as well as opsec by texting the deployment dates. Kind of abusing her access, and depending what she does with it an abuse of power. (Custody battle stuff and the like) I have already contacted my shirt who talked to her shirt , the program manager for Milpds on base but do y’all have any other avenues I should pursue?

SSgt (Join to see) - document the five Ws on each occurrence. Try to keep calm so you can get the facts to your Commander without getting emotional. make sure your chain of command knows what's going on.
It's my experience that people with access to personnel and financial records who abuse it to keep tabs on Exs 1. Can be monitored on what they do by the system itself....there is no "wasn't me". 2. They'll get a warning and if they do it again, they are done. Access pulled. If they need it to do their job, meh, you live and you learn. 3. She may get sent to EAP or other low grade discipline action. Keep low expectations of the civilian discipline system. You can just about catch people fornicating in the hallway and they'll be given three more chances.

Oh wow, I have always known civilians get a lot of slack in the past. I have asked around to see if I can find out how often she has accessed it and/or what she accessed exactly. Luckily I have civilian court system as well since I believe this is stalking at its finest. That for coating comment has me in stitches though. Thanks again for the great advice.

SSgt (Join to see) - if it is determined her conduct was criminal, she could conceivably be charged. I have seen it where those criminally charged were fired. It's not an absolute and approach with caution.

Gonna start with the first thing that popped into my head: this is a violation of the espionage act. FOUO material is classified material -- granted, it's the lowest rating of classification, but it is still subject to 18 U.S. Code § 793, specifically in this instance subparagraph "e."
If you want to play hardball report her to your S2 but I am not advising this. It will only get dirtier and nastier from here.
Rather, if I were you, I would, suck it up and remember that you are dealing with someone who will break the rules to get at you. Keep your nose clean and wait for your ex to screw herself. If you can avoid becoming angry and doing something really stupid (like retaliating) it won't be long before she becomes her own worst enemy.

I’m gonna try to push for some sort of Repercussion. Otherwise what would stop her from doing it again. I’m sure you are right though, she will probably screw herself eventually. No worries btw, I keep emotional outbursts set on my punching bag at home lol. Thanks again

Unfortunately, the shirt doesn't have any real authority over a civilian. However, you might try finding out who in your unit does and contact that person. They would be able to contact the appropriate person at hers and contact the base Civilian Personnel office as well. This is something that MUST be corrected.

Agreed, I talked to the individual who runs the Milpds access on base. I have been advised to hit up a Cc to Cc or possibly even Ig. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help.
