What book would you recommend over all others for a future leader?

Starship Troopers - This book (Not the movie!) is full of quotes that every Troop should read and understand. It takes place in the future as it is science fiction, but the lessons inside apply to all forms of warfare. I recommend it to every one of my Soldiers.
