As a senior ROTC cadet, what can I do to find a MI reserve units that are looking for 2nd LT? Is it possible to deploy as a 2LT in any most preferably MI, Engineer or Quartermaster Units?

Honestly, if I can find a unit that is deploying the state would not matter but, if I am staying in the country anything around the east or west coast.

Cadet, You can take a look at the MIRC Command website. There are links to all the subordinate commands. All MI. https://www.usar.army.mil/Commands/Functional/MIRC/About-Us/

I believe there is functionality on the USAR HRC website that tracks unit openings.
https://www.hrc.army.mil/

Recruiting Command should be able to pull up open slots in USAR units.
