In the military or are you ETSing? SSG (Join to see), the way your question is worded, looks like you will be working as an MP in Georgia?

MSG Sand,
I am currently active duty. My wife and I are looking for our next PCS and Fort Stewart has come up. My wife will be attending college for her Green to Gold Active Duty option where ever we end up next. The current options we have are Bliss, Hood, Drum, Polk, and Stewart. Honestly MSG the only real option I see is Stewart. lol

There is going to be as much, more, opportunity in and around Savannah as any of the places listed for most things. If it was me, I would avoid Drum and Polk like the plague. I have been to El Paso and the nightmares do go away...or so I hear. Of the places listed, Stewart would be on the top of my list...especially in January...but the only base that is not going to be very hot in the Summer is probably buried under a few feet of snow right now?

Team Leader. Squad Leader. Same as in just about any MP organization for a SGT. Focus on those and do well; if you want to make the Army a career that is. Solid performance in key leadership positions will open doors up for other opportunities and schooling.

SGM Barbieri,

I've completed 3 years as a Team Leader. I'm currently promotable and chasing points. My thinking is once the promotion comes then so will squad leader time at Fort Stewart. That would be ideal. Sometimes things don't work out as planned so I wasn't sure what else the MP world had there.

SSG (Join to see) - Are you on assignment? If so, you should know what position you are going to fill. As you are promotable, HRC counts you as a SSG, but the needs on the ground trump the numbers. If they are at strength for SSGs at Stewart then you may be filling a Team Leader spot again. Lots of things factor in. What did Mr. Mr Murchison tell you when you spoke to him?

SSG (Join to see) - You need to get your MP station time still. See about landing a desk sergeant or MPI gig.

Thing about it is what you asked a question sounds like you're still on active duty military job I'm gonna try the post is a military job in the military post I know that today's military is different from the old-school military which I served in but you looked at doing the job you're trying to do learn what you can and moving on and to Game would've knowledge that you can to continue your military career charger on remember it's an all volunteer military you volunteered to join so did you would've Sassa required of you just like the old saying goes you can't change City Hall you got to learn to go along brighter going to make the best of it while you're there until you said you had enough if you want to quit
