Haven't seen "tits up" mentioned... tied to a service, or universal?

I would have to say that from the expression on peoples faces when I use the term "latrine", that would have to be a big one.

Need a series to differentiate, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine say head while the Army and Air Force likely say latrine. not sure about which service other than Marines says UA vs AWOL commonly used in the Army. Marines and Army would speak of humping the hills in the boonies to reach their objective, while the Air Force flies a sortie, and the Navy, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine look at each other and wonder where the dock is.

Waves, WACs, BAMs, WMs. Those were the terms I grew up with for females serving in the services. My Mom was a BAM.
