My MOS 12T will be cut by at least a third starting next year. E6 positions at Brigade level are going away as BEBs begin to stand up. As of two years ago no E6 12Ts have been promoted to E7. I believe my MOS is top heavy and needs some trimming but the overall future for us is not promising. What outlooks do you have about your MOSs?

that sucks, my coworkers and I have been whining because no 25B's were picked up this year but most of our SR positions have become 25D
