"eBenefits"...whew! Since leaving the military 7 years ago, I have not been able to view that site again and no longer have an military ID card. Before leaving the military, whether active duty or in the reserves, make sure it's up to date. Once you've left, you are considering an "unknown." Just an opinion.

How do you factor this into the question I asked? Also, you don't need a CAC to use eBenefits.

The last time I visited the site, it seemed I was being run in circles to find a straight answer. It was like peeling an onion so to speak, I even tried the menu but it was too vague to really be any help. If there was some way to make the site more concise, I think it would be a vast improvement.
Just my $.02
