I'm hearing/reading people saying "I'm old school, therefore..." So out of curiosity's sake, where is that ever-moving line?

Lol. If you did PT in combat boots, ate c rats and saved the cans for combat recycling used starch to get that strac look in your uniform , had the mosquito swarming around you from using the issue insect liquid and you know what K and L rations were , cuss better than a drunk sailor. Cadence calls were worse than cat calls. Smiled at the fact you could order shots of tequila at 17 in the e club...You might be old school

“Old School” is when the younger generation looks at something they’ve heard about and never learned. Looking at a few of the comments like “ wall to wall counseling”, Old school can be good and bad. Just depends on the perspective. It can also save your life.

Not sure exactly what constitutes it however I do believe it was a time before safe spaces, troops allowed to bash the President on social media and the military paying for sex changes.
