Double espresso and a protein shake.
Going to swim some laps and lay by the pool today.
Nothing else...gonna do some sun worshipping. lol

I will be cooking hashbrowns, sausage, and fried eggs for my family. After that, we plan to go to the local cemetery for a Memorial Day ceremony.
