Being in charge, is a really good way to feel useful and needed; CAPT Kevin B.. I can certainly understand your love for taking charge.
As far as REMFs are concerned, I have to be honest with you, Captain: I don't know what that acronym stands for. Could you fill me in?
-Much Obliged, Margaret

I liked being an integral part of the professional development of soldiers into leadership roles.
I disliked the politics associated with some units, specifically the good ole' boy system which exists between certain Soldiers and their chain of command elements.

SGT Jose Perdelia-Torres, I am ever so proud of you; for being an integral part of the professional development of soldiers into leadership roles.
This is what the Army is all about.
And I understand your disliking the "good ole' boy system".
Thank you for your service and your sacrifices; Jose.

Thanks you it was one of life's pleasures so far. And thank you Margaret for your service and sacrifices. I got out because of the good ole' boy system. But I should have stayed in, I just didn't feel any attraction for my unit at that time. But that is a long long story involved with that.
