Mine will be a 1mile run, topped off with 2 miles worth of 60/120's, and the sit up and push up drills.

12 min biking, sit up with my baby on my chest ... and push up while my 3 years old son horse back riding on my... very tough ...

Cool, body weight exercises seem to get the job done with a lesser chance at injury

Monday -
90 minutes Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu
weights biceps

Tues -
30 min eliptical
chest and shoulders
abs

Wed -
90 minutes BJJ
legs

Thur -
30 minutes eliptical
back
abs

Friday -
90 minutes BJJ
triceps

Saturday or Sunday try to do something active like bike, BJJ, hike, or kayak

Great work out I might add the elliptical in my workout also, I see that a lot of folks are using it more so than not.

SFC (Join to see) - I just edited for clarity. I get a great cardio workout from BJJ. Rolling really gets the heart rate up. I never run anymore to prepare for APFT, but my run improves.

Nice speed workout SFC (Join to see) with the 60/120s!

This morning I did a 8.57 mile walk which included the stairway to heaven three times! (if you've been to Graf you know it, the mountain along side the Netzaberg hill). I am going to try to get in 30 miles on the bike this evening....or will hit the stationary bike for 30.

30 miles, I rather run for 8. Laugh Out Loud. Never been there CSM Michael J. Uhlig however stairway to heaven is no joke.
