What digital tools do you use (or want) to improve your Veteran experience?

Better phone refill

Since there are still plenty of us Vietnam veterans, I would like to see the letters etc. concerning VA benefits, claims and notices simplified. It takes a lawyer to figure most of these out.

I want Artificial Intelligence tools to help me file my claims

VA Apps, Zoom Calls

Stop making appointments for me then sending a nasty letter saying :we have been trying to reach you for your upcoming appt...The threatened me if I dont sow up the community care may be cancelled along with my VA benefits of been seen in my hometown. This just happened again and I have tried to tell them this is not any way to speak or communicate with Vets. We dont appreciate it.

I would like the VA to develop on their app away to improve communications when using community’s services. We should be able to track our request for services, the service provider, approval certification, and update if there is a delay In coverage We should be able to have a list of outside providers on the app to choose from when using community services. This would improve the community health program.
