I think that working with the private industry to better give certification and career specific accreditation for service members that are separating so they are better prepared for a civilian job if they want to continue in their current job field.

I'm on 15Mb DSL. I'd like the VA web sites (especially the authentication servers!) to be much more responsive! Once logged in they aren't too bad but that initial login sequence can take 5 minutes.

I love the secure messaging options with VA healthcare. Something similar would be helpful when it comes to everything else VA related (GI bill, pension and claims, even mental health). I feel like our society loves to text or message, this just simply things!

Other than my in person appointments with my doctors, I use My Healthy Vet online for most other needs. I check my appointments, order my medication and like that I can check my labs and tests results before my appointment so I have questions and conversations ready with my doctors. Best and easiest way to stay in touch and up to date.

I use an ipad. My primary source for medical related retiree benefits is Tricare For Life and the Binter Street Pharmacy at Fort Knox for prescription medications. The personnel at the Binter Street Pharmacy do a fantastic job.
