Maybe it’s just my age talking, but I don’t want digital tools. I want a knowledgeable professional who can help me with all of my needs.

I love using the heathevet site to message my doctor. The only thing I wish we had access to is to see exactly where our appeal or decision is for disability. All we get right now is a very basic description. More detail and a precise timeline would be great

I use myhealtheVet and I think it’s a great digital tool. I like that it’s a one stop shop for most of what you need in terms of managing your care.

The VA needs to spend less money on centralized call centers and digital tools that are not worth pennies on the dollar of the contract.

Every time I try to log in to MyhealthEvet.gov, I have to change my password to some complicated letter/symbol/number mess. Also, the darned website is so complicated, I never can find what I'm looking for. The VA needs to simplify it for us oldtimers.

From the VA - I'd like to go online and make my appointments without calling in, messaging or going in.
There should be a way to do this in 2023.

I use the Healthe Vet website and VA.gov to print out letters and our med refills. I wish I could email my medical providers instead of the secure messaging
