I don't know if this applies, but it seems like I have to follow up on everything or it does not get done. Or I just happened to be my health e vet records and the gal who checked me in to my appt put something in my record that was not even pertaining to the visit. It is getting very frustrating, and then I get a survey in the mail they want me to fill out and return to them. I get frustrated too with the cancelation system, especially if it is my eyes or Podiatry. There has to be a Better system. I do get Great care I will tell you that.I amThankful. I even got a letter on the Day of my appointment and I had gone to the appointment. Sat in the waiting room till I figured something was not right.

I use my phone, tablet and computer. Apps on these help me connect with my VA health team.

I use MyHealthVet and find it very. helpful. The nurse advise line should be a chat window in addition to the phone.

In the digital world, I would say Audio Books, music, and self-help digital courses.

I would like digital tools for each of the Veterans organizations such as VA, VFW, DAV, AL, etc... That are compatible and work with each other, or at least compatible with the VA. This would include with Claims, working with VSOs, seeing what benefits, perks, events, are available. This would be great for being able to see National or State Parks, information on them, links to their sites, etc...

Would be wonderful to have been communications tools with various VA offices. I use the VA in Manila (OPC and VA office) and I cannot email them because they only want to hear from people they have approved on their list to email with. Us veterans are not on that list. That's shameful, at best... Sure, through healthcare, we can email our OPC providers... I got that... but general "info" questions to the Manila clinic or the VA office should have a published email address in this day and age. They should have had it up there years ago already.

I am hearing impaired so I would like living captioning available via an AR or VR headset and if you include the ability of having a smart watch that can provide EKG, glucose level, blood pressure, O2 levels that can be sent via and online appointment.

I would like to speak with humans, rather than machines. The VA has been great with phone calls, but all other organizations make it difficult to get results.
