I am in agreement with Maj. Patterson (listing previous to mine). Impersonal record phone messages
especially from my primary doctor when i have questions and would like a live response. (It is called conversation.)

Well, The VA is trying to keep up with the new digital tool, and the Veteran is trying to figure it out. 2.7 million Veterans uses the hospital a day nation wide out that number older Veterans about 28% who are not tech savy and has to relies on other Veteran to help. With the new Veterans coming out of the services complaining about everything from slow services to lack of approch to their disablity comp. The VA decide to jump aboard and speed things up to comply to the complaints, along the way leving the older Verterans to defend itserlf. For me, bring it on, I'm a programmer so I'm already two steps ahead of the VA, in return I am doing by best to help out the older Veterans to learn the system. Not only me, lots of of the Veterans helping out, since the VA is not helping out in this point. Just another Dog and Pony show to keep the wolf at bay.
System Check
Placing milage comp
Appointment check

Message advance to the doctors
Urgent Care Nures Outreach

Other then that, I have use them all and they are getting by the years.

The digital tools I use are: Myhealthevet app, to make, change appointments. The messages in the same app to communicate with my care team.
I also use the Virtual Hope Box app, Mindfulness Coach app, PTSD Coach app, and The Dime Game app. All have been helpful for me.
