I would love to not have to drive two hours to get my blood drawn.
I would really love it if the VA would pay the urgent care bill that I got when a nurse with the VA told me to go there.

the VA site/app should have a dedicated customer support team of real people, whom can easily be contacted; once a few questions are established via AI (general menu choices of what options are available to you). I would like to see this implemented within the healthcare system/appointment system in the VA as well. Finally, a device with reminders of checking healthcare status (Blood Pressure/Sugar/Heart rate) would also be beneficial, in my opinion. If Apple can do it, so can the VA. :)

A veterans only medical app where we can keep a listing of all current medications, lab results, allergies, etc, so we have this needed information when we're unable to access the VA My Healthy Vet portal. This is vital information during an emergency.

I'd really appreciate a ring camera. There's no way to see who may be knocking on my door so, I can't answer my door bc I refuse to open it to just anyone
