What I don't want are social media "tools". If tools would be accessed directly via the VA, then OK.

I receive refill reminders on my phone and then use my computer to refill all my prescriptions.

We do not need machines, maybe the check in kiosks, which made life a little simpler. we need humans w compassion. Not machines.
We also need more female health equipment and services.

Personal interaction with a health care practitioner seems to works best. I do check messages and other notices on the my VA health website. Everything there appears to benefit me without being too complicated.

I use my healthevet to schedule, look at appointments also refill prescriptions. I have also used it to look at my blood test and xrays. It is easy to use and you don't have to wait on hold for easy answers. Also, the mobile app is nice when you traveling if you need care (used once).
