I check my prescriptions and order on line. Very handy. Other than that, I would rather have people.

I use the VA APP to request my medication, my concern is that the APP really works slow.

The pharmacy app has a few kinks that still need to worked out. It is a delay in the delivery of medication if you order you medication more than 14 day before they are due to be refilled.

The VA web portals and information resources have improved over the years, so I can say that it’s helping..it isn’t perfect, but it’s better than where it all was when I moved from one state to another 20 years ago, (I won’t argue that it can be better).

As different online resources are made available for us through the VA and 3rd party vendors, I find that data protection is high on my list. Though nothing is foolproof, and we have no control over vendor breaches, I do what I can. I have annual subscriptions for my VPN client and o365 to limit my data being harvested, (if your email is “free”, then you are the product). On the browser side, I keep them as up to date as possible…and if I’m trying to limit cookies etc, I use DuckDuckGo’s browser.

For health and fitness…which I’m always being reminded I need to do more of…I have apps on my iPhone and Apple Watch to keep me moving…and yes, if it’s a free app…(so I am the product..and so is the data I generate)…so I opt out where I can for the personal information and “help us make a better product” check box is always “unchecked”.

All of them. Without a computer it is difficult to increase or improve digital skills.

I use the check in process and honestly i don't think it's very user friendly for our more mature veterans. I really believe they should be considered first when making all of the changes to tools they use. Just my 2 cents.
