What digital tools do you use (or want) to improve your Veteran experience?

I think we are to focused on the digital aspect and not focused enough on the human to human interaction.

Submitting claims online and communicating with my primaries through VAs communication system.

I use many Digital tools. Image and video tools, especially sound tools. I Also use 3D tools, electronics tools, frequency spectrum tools, electronic circuit tools, electronics curcuit analysis tools. 3D brain mapping tools. MRI, MRA, SPECT information analysis tools. It would be great to be a le to have free access to free version of better scientific tools.

I use VA.gov for most of my veteran needs.

More records available to vets online, rather than waiting months (or YEARS) to receive them.

We Don't Need Digital Tools. We need to hire more skilled workers. Workers that have Patience for us "Old Folks" who are hard at hearing, grouchy, and for some are not up to date with technology as the newer generation. These workers have to have Empathy for us, because they, most likely have not been in our shoes, and don't know our situations or life events. How are we suppose to transpire this information over a Digital Tool? I don't understand when I call to refill my presciptions, I have to do this every 30 days. Why can't they just fill them for 90 days. I am tired of dealing with the automated system stating they are going to send me a 90 supply and then I receive only a 30 day supply.

I want the ability to get medical records that are accurate. I have had someone else’s records sent to my surgeon and random medical codes used to document services. Causing lack of trust
