What digital tools do you use (or want) to improve your Veteran experience?

I use digital resources available for scheduling and appointments. Even though it may be months out. Having timely access to medical resources is lacking.

I haven't utilized the VA before. But have recently claimed my past benefits.

I would like to see some voice activated options to route you to the clinic you are trying to call vs waiting on the operator then waiting on the front desk of that clinic. USAA does a great job with this. It handles most of the transfer to correct departments.

Would like a tablet or cheaper internet services but not to go by income

A digital tool where veterans can talk to each other, share tips, stories, and have a bit of community. Something kind of like a forum? But maybe a little bit more issuer friendly… almost like social media, but specifically for veterans. I always find It nice to talk to veterans and meet new brothers and sisters and share stories
