I use the VA app. It works well. Effective and efficient. I am very impressed.

How about apps that don't suck. The VA gets plenty of money in funding from the federal government. Government agencies should have the absolute best of technology. Sadly, they don't work properly half of the time or they are not intuitive.

A lap top computer, would make my life so much easier. I am a real estate appraiser and having a lap top instead of a pad and pencil would be great

My HealtheVet is a valuable tool for accessing my records, contacting the doctors and renewing prescriptions.

Digital can be a pain, but they are a quick way to get to your dr. I use all of them and they do help in keeping you off a wait time on the phone.

I use the MyHealth eVet but I find the test results are far behind commercial online chart tools. I'd like to be able to have a dashboard of current test results side by side with the ability to see any progress or trends with click through or toggle of specific results history.

Text reminders are great and should continue. Improvements need to be made to the website. To me, it is very hard to find information which you may need related to health care.

Need contact to keep up with individual needs. Everyone is different and has different needs. A great idea would be more military oriented pharmacists located in remote areas, so we can use our military cards to receive medicine. We are too far from a military base. We have Tricare for Life Express Scripts. Takes too long for shipping to always get necessary items. Getting older and many conditions change. Prescriptions constantly change. I know there are places like Walgreens that a person can go to - but there are copays and that is not free. Military members deserve their free medicine. I had issues from VA that didn't give me a higher disability. Had to go to a lawyer that only charged a fee if they won. Discovered entitlements that spouse wasn't receiving for years! They got a big chunk of money from that. Shouldn't that money to lawyer be refunded to me? Went from 20% to 90% disability because VA did not approve. Should have 100%. I have problems functioning normally from constant pain. My wife is typing this for me. I don't go to the VA anymore. The VA is too far away. For years, my wife paid for our insurance until I could apply for Medicare. Enough said. Thank you for listening.
