Text reminder notifications of appointments as I don't think these are used yet. I get emails for some appointments, but not all. I have used the myhealthevet to contact my team, but that isn't as easy as it could be, and it could be a lot more user friendly.

I get texts. The letters that are sent generally arrive after my appointments

Digital tools are so important, and make accomplishing tasks so much easier and faster. What I would like to see is an app that encompasses all of veterans' needs. All downloadable medical records, military records, education, benefits, VA health records, retirement, disability, contact info for support on all topics, events, offers and discounts, live chat, and anything else that may be helpful to vets. The current system is slowly getting better, but it's still quite difficult to find answers or help with many things.

The only "Digital Tool" I utilize is for ordering my Meds. I like being able to go on-line and do this verses calling or having to go into a Pharmacy. Granted you do need to make sure that you order before you are out. I order when I have about 2 weeks left of Meds. I even get e-mails telling me that they have mailed them out to me, so I can keep an eye out for them.
Actually, I do use one other "Digital Tool". I utilize the E-Mail app to talk to my doctor. Of course I only use this for non-emergency items.

How bout on the VA app a spot to track your claim down to who’s desk it is sitting on in the process. 9 months of seeing gathering evidence just doesn’t get it. It really should be more detailed.

Maybe a way to closely track legislation that might impact and/or change veterans benefits. Such as an early notification feature on an app. I know a lot of times I miss new developments because they're buried in headlines or in my inbox.

I use MyHealthyVet to communicate with the VA. Microsoft Word on my laptop. And Google products on my cellphone.
