What digital tools do you use (or want) to improve your Veteran experience?

I have a VA-issued Ipad that I find invaluable to have access to myhealthyvet all the time.

I use VA newsletters for my health and wellness. I also use myhealthevet website to order prescriptions and monitor my health status.

A tablet preloaded with VA app., and extensive training in using it.

I use Microsoft Edge to get to my veteran's account. That is working sufficiently for me.

Have the employees currently working from home return to the office with their digital tools issued to provide better customer service to Veterans at the VA.

I like being able to email my primary care team at the VA. They respond back usually very quickly. Emailing the PACT team provides an additional way to contact them besides using the phone.
