1. I currently use MyHealtheVet from my iPhone and computer. I wish there were some way I could integrate that experience into my smart watch.
2. I'm very happy with the way video connect has been used at the VA. It's a great app and has been so helpful for me and, I imagine, so many other veterans.

I would like a digital appointment tracker where I can view, change, or cancel appointments on my own. I have had appointments cancelled without notification.

Digital tool that would be great for Veterans for example is an App that you can use on your phone to keep updated of VA related information and to track appointments. Call the VA App "Sargent Tracker" available for download from the VA website for veteran's use anywhere!

I use the VA app to track my VA claims and VA health appointments, I would like to see a more in-depth tracker for claims tracking to know exactly where I am in the claims process.

I would love it if the VA made it a bit more simple to show you how things are run and where to find them instead of giving you a pamphlet more like an app that has access to information to make any visit or question a lot more simple.

I would like an easier way to contact your medical advisors. You have to go through too much to get in touch with someone. Even when I try through email it takes forever for someone to respond. Should be more advanced than this be now

Digital is good for quick or simple needs, like setting up appointments. We really need people to help with services. It's easy to get ignored or dismissed through digital means. It's hard tonget ignored when you're face to face.

I use the VA secure messaging quite a bit with my VA caregivers as well as my Community Care docs. I would like to see some way of logging in to see the status of community care authorization requests including what stage of the process it’s at. And maybe the same for other VA processes like claims, requests, GI Bill etc.
