Appointment maker and the ability to find out if your appointment can come sooner if someone else cancels.

A better site/administrator of the travel pay. Especially for community care claims. A walk-through style. If I hadn't spoken to an experienced person I would have never been reimbursed. Lack of communication/explanation of denial is paramount!

To begin with, the existing tools need to be updated. They are literally decades out-of-date compared with every other business, bank or organization. If any other entity were to have a digital presence like the VA, customers would flee them and they would be bankrupt in days.

I’d like accountability for the lack of appointment availability. If a VA clinic is booked 6+ months out, the Va needs to do something about it.
