My packet is in for the November woft board and I’m starting to get nervous. I am curious which parts of the packet are most important?

These are the questions you need to ask the CW5 you have writing one of your LORs. If you don’t have one I highly recommend you find one.

Everything in the top half of the WO Application Checklist can be reviewed by the board. I was always told LOR's and Resume were the most important, but who's to say each board member feels the same way? One person might value a sharp DA Photo while another will focus on the Resume. In any case, all you can do now is wait for the Milper message / e-mail. Good luck!
