AEA stands for "Assignment, Eligibility and Availability"
YMAEAT means Assignment Eligibility and Availability Termination.
The "N" should indicate DEPLOYMENT STABILIZATION (see above link)
The 2103 is backwards date/time the military's shorthand, so 2103 is Year 2021 Month 3.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but can anyone provide me with a list of the AEA codes found on the ERB? More specifically, what does a "W" code mean? Thanks
