What do I need to do to get my photo uploaded?

Are you referring to a DA Photo? If so, you need to schedule an appointment with the office that does them. But, I thought DA Photos we're no longer required?

And the office that does the photo will upload to your ERB. At least, the office I did my photo with uploaded it
