What do we RPers think of a single set of regs, lingo, forms, and uniforms (except dress for heritage sake)?

I think it would cut bureaucratic costs to have a single set of regs/policy, forms, and uniforms. I would also greatly reduce confusion like "what the f*** is a bulkhead?". I also think it would diminish inter-service rivalry. Note: I still think that the dress uniforms should be service specific for history/heritage sake.
