I pray, read Scripture daily and assemble to worship on the first day of the week and between times to focus on God and others, not just myself.

Yes, the things I once laughed at as being "sickly sweet," I found not merely palatable, but actually true. Pontius Pilate was the Roman prefect (governor) of Judaea who once asked Jesus, "What is truth"? The incredible irony of a man standing face to face with Him. I pray all will know the answer to that question; our lives depend on it.
I try to maintain balance in my life; between work and fun, with what I eat, self care and giving to others. I find that frequently pausing and asking myself, "what do I really need right now" (mindfulness) helps. And remembering to not beat myself up over the times when I forget to do this.

Stay focused on helping others improve their living conditions and by keeping my eyes on the goal of serving God. Keeping my mind occupied and keeping my body healthy. I volunteer in our church's benevolence program providing household needs when all is lost.

I have PTSD, major depression, disorder, Social anxiety, and mild agoraphobia. What helps me through it all is my support person which is my husband. My husband helps me cope day by day. You should have a support line. A person or group that you can turn to when you need help to make it through each day someone you can turn to to talk to when you need support. Whether it be a family member, a friend, a support group, or therapist. You can’t do this alone.

The first thing I do in the mornings is spend time reading the bible or at least a biblical devotion. That's how I start every day.

Sadly medication was just as bad as dealing with the PTSD. I knew I had do figure something out for my husband so I started rabbit trailing gut health and how it has a direct effect on mental health. Dehydration plays a huge factor into his issues so making sure he drinks half his body weight in water daily to a good trebiotic. We have also started learning how to read labels to feed our gut good things. Poor gut health directly affects mental health. Also drinking alcohol spikes his cortisol so he is careful o Ot to have a beer here and there. We also try to have monthly couple massages to help keep us both relaxed and worked out all the tension.
