Vegetarian diet, lifting weights and exercise. Never drugs or alcohol, caffeine or cigarettes. Keeping a balanced equilibrium knowing all things pass and tomorrow is another day.

Since 2007, I have been a professional stand-up comedian. I started off by taking a comedy class taught by a former writer for the Tonight Show w/Jay Leno. I like to joke that I get on stage and talk about the same things I used to discuss with a therapist except now I'm the one that gets paid for it.

I used to commit every last minute to working just to have focus. I still work but I'm learning to live a little. God, Family, Country (work), and video games. I spend a bit of time in the online streamer communities and communicate with anyone about anything. It still can be incredibly stressful but learning to let go is allowing me to breathe a bit. Live, Love, Laugh (and work on loving and laughing at myself)

I make sure that every single day I leave time to laugh and smile at something, and I try to always view my cup as 3/4 full (even if a little spills out, there’s still plenty left). Giving as a community volunteer, and knowing I am positively impacting the lives of others, always leaves me feeling motivated and enriched.

I often spend time outside, whether its just a walk or as trivial as leaving the house. Listening to music is always nice, and reading as well. When these don't work, I usually try to do something rigorous (whether it's physically or mentally). Usually it helps get my mind off things, if that's whats needed. Also sometimes just talking to someone can do wonders for me, as I tend to live inside my head.
