Get out on the motorcycle or go to the beach to get away from everything. Recently I mowed both my neighbor's yards. Made me feel very good to help them out because they had issues that prevented them from getting it done. Received a huge homemade apple pie from one of them as a gift. :)

Counseling is a big help for me; aside from that, spending as much time with family and in nature is therapy as well.

To maintain my mental health I share feelings good or bad with my wife. It helps to talk what I feel and hear myself saying it out loud. It helps to get her feed back.

I walk in nature, found a good therapist, practice breath work, exercise, and find things to make me laugh. Lots of laughter!

I have a personal trainer that I meet with three days a week. I also try and walk at least one hour per day while the sun's out.
