What do you do when your command team is not following Army Regulation, and has IG in their pocket?

I'd love to hear the backstory on why you think IG is in your Command's pocket. More importantly, I'd love to hear what you think IG does or doesn't do.

I don't know how any command team has IG in their pocket, or what your situation is without having any specifics, but utilize open door policies higher than where you're finding difficulty.

Sounds like some Army Times/ Army WTF moments stuff here. I dealt with some crooked IGs (same office) before. It took only once and I already knew what was up. But NCOs in my unit at the time got burned pretty bad with a lot of reprisal from it. All over the fact same soldiers were pulling CQ/Staff Duty over and over like 3x in a week. It was a hot mess. But hey, IG said it was legit LOL.
