What do you normally do to get back in the swing of things for an APFT after a week of terrible eating and no PT?

Just got done with eating terribly over an extended weekend for Memorial Day and have an APFT on Tuesday night. Advice on how to get my results back up to where they need to be?
My last test I took I made a 215 but most of that was because I maxed pushups.

terrible eating - yeah ive done that - no pt for a week? nope - Individual responsibility and you done stepped on your crank if you knew and did not do any. you know what - I apologize - I am being an asshole and I shouldn't be - you should be fine - drink lots of water, and take this as a lesson learned - always do some pt on your own - Command can do a APFT's at their discretion, always be prepared

All you can do is try to do some stretching. Make sure you don't have milk products the morning of your APFT. If you do any exercise today, I think you will be too tight for the apft. You could do some stationary bike riding to get some cardio but running or treadmill will make you sore. Don't drink anything with suguar. powerade zero instead of regular soda or sugary drinks. Don't skip meals. Eat light cereal in the morning. Have a light meal for lunch and dinner. No snacking before bed. Maybe a banana for dessert. Take vitamins and make sure you get plenty of rest. Get up a few hours before the P.T. test if it is in the morning. That will make you less tight.
