The biggest challenge is to reduce suicides by having veterans go to civilian mental health facilities and get the help that they need.

That would be a great start, i lost a few battles due to Suicide its a tough journey we travel but the reward can be high with right mind set and morals, We have to take a care of our brothers an sisters at arms not just send them to mental heath. It takes a village

The greatest challenge for me was PCSing to a new assignment. Being a female in a male dominante career field, I had to prove myself. Upon becoming a supervisor, the men outranked did not respect my rank.

It is imperative that our military root out and punish those involved in white supremacist and other hate groups. We as a nation and those who represent and defend us cannot allow this blight on our honor to stand.

We as Veterans, Leaders, and Parents must instill a true sense of pride into our young people, and be the example. Pride in the fact so many lives have been sacrificed, to secure their right to freedom in this country. My dad served during Korea, and several brothers as well. I remember my best friends brother-in-law when he came home from Vietnam as a Marine. The way he wore his uniform, in true solider fasion, no wrikles, and creases in the pants you could shave with. After High School, I enlisted into the United States Army. I could see myself riding in a Helicopter with ARMY painted on the side.

Technology. The not knowing. The advances in everything. Most Soldiers, Airmen/women, Marines and Sailors are having a hard time changing to new things. You can't say this or that. You have to be tech savey in order to turn on or start new military vehicles its crazy. Its hard to keep up. I feel bad for the older military members that may not know what to do in the real world after military life which will be difficult.

Recruitment.
I believe our young have been brainwashed to the point that very few of them have a patriotic heart. Most young persons refuse to serve in the military, and many parents refuse to let them. They have no concept of what JFK meant when he said, "And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man."

That is far from the reason and you know it. The commercial with a woman stating her better half is also a woman is a turn off. Got to be more like Russian Propaganda with a strong Man in their commercial. USA could learn a thing or two from them on propaganda as they are king of it.

The biggest challenge that the military has is that it is gone woke, when I read today that if you are a transgender in the military, you will not be deployed and you will not be required to pass the physical PT test or the weight requirements. That is a slap in the face to those of us who have served And been deployed and follow the rules. This is the reason why no one wants to enlist we need real men and real woman to enlist.
