The never ending wars with people who haven’t actually attacked us and now trying to start a world war with 5+ countries that aren’t our allies but should be. We are losing respect for our leaders and fear their decisions when our lives are at stake.

The greatest challenge is to keep our country free and protect our great nation, but our military need to get better pay for the danger they are in everyday

Quality recruits. These days, people want a job that is easy and not so demanding.

Extremism, particularly fundamentalist extremist christianity which violates the constitutional rights of our active duty military personnel and our veterans. As in our daily politics, there are extremist evangelicals who are putting their religion over constitutional law. Whether you look at the FBI stats on hate crimes, the Military Religious Freedom Foundation website, the SPLC's "Hate & Extremism" stats, or any other organization, you can easily see that they all have one thing in common: extremist Christians (not ordinary Christians, but extremists) who try to impose their narrow and often hate-filled version of faith on others. It's bad enough when it happens in civilian life and politics, but when this happens in the ranks, it is not just a violation of constitutional law, but a violation of every Oath of Service for every branch of the military. It is a huge danger to cohesion, trust, and readiness.

The biggest challenge that I see and have experienced is a lack of provider's, especially in the mental health sector, it's bad enough now but with the PACT ACT being implemented, did anyone think about who's gonna provide health and mental health to the new incoming Veterans, sure it's great the law passed but it wasn't thought out and now people are scrambling, I believe the ulterior motive of passing the Act is because the government is covering their ass not to pay millions like they have in the past (agent orange) and now Camp Leguene. The end result will be a lack of medical, dental and mental health for us Veterans, Thanks to our Administration for opening another can of worms
regarding lack of care for us Veterans, I suggest you implement a plan and make sure all bases are covered, but for now it's a little too late, good luck to us Veterans trying to get an appointment

BTW, expect the suicide rate to escalate, I'm curious how our government will react and fix this situation with people in office who've never served, and why do they receive Gold health care, reduce their medical, and let them pay premiums like the rest of the public secto just saying

Retention of personnel due to leadership failure and extreme difference in pay between officers and enlisted.
