I feel recruiting is a strong issue the military has. Especially with the new ‘in-depth’ health reporting system. This can potentially make it harder for recruits to join.

Overcoming wokeness. The military is under civilian control, but we swear allegiance to the Constitution and must be committed to the Bill of Rights. New recruits must appropriately challenge unlawful orders that are contrary to the Constitution.

While the Cold War, as we knew it from post WWII, ended with the breakup of the Warsaw Pact, there is a new Cold War. Same enemies, minus several of the former Warsaw Pact who are now aligned with NATO. There are even 4 star Generals claiming that they believe we will be at war with the Chinese, in particular, within the next 5 years. I believe the state of the world bears that out. I believe that though technology allows for war fighting from a "safe distance" in some cases, the object will always be to take, or take back, ground. My question is how is the military going to run the PR campaign for the country, so they will realize we need to be on guard NOW, we need to build up our military NOW, we need total national support NOW. It is the only way we can prevent another Pearl Harbor/ 9/11 event from occurring on our soil again. Dr. Dan Helix

Slow Management response to the welfare of our men and women in uniform and their family . I work with the veterans and some of them lack consistency in health care, no one to care for their needs and their family's need. Men and Women in uniform are dying silently due to PTSD, anxiety and depression.

the biggest challenge to the Military is to overcome the desire of those citizens and government officials who want us to be a socialist nation. Our military must be concerned with war fighting and being a deterrent to our enemies, rather than concentrating on hurt feelings and proper gender pronouns. the potential for a large war is on the horizon, and it is looking like we are not ready to carry out the mission.

Our biggest issue, I believe, is our handling of classified material, missions, etc. IF you served in the military or any government company, as well as civilian companies, we need to keep our mouths CLOSED! There are still countries, Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, etc as well as our allies, that want our information, tech, etc and we need to understand that issue. Bragging about it, showing off, is out of bounds and should have extreme consequences. I signed paperwork that keeps my mouth shut of 99 years and after that, if I am still alive, extends an additional 99 years. We need to understand that our country's survival is at stake!

The greatest challenge will be to overcome the attitude of many citizens and government officials towards becoming a socialized country. The military should be used for war fighting and a deterrent against our enemies, rather than being concerned about hurt feelings and using correct gender identifiers.

Our Military greatest challenge this year is the leadership of America. Instead of preparing for what's to come we are to busy in other matters in the world and not focus on strengthening our Military. it's been over a decade of qualified and knowledgeable men and women in the service. We need to change how we move , think and present our selves to others and not so much on social media!
