What do you see is the downfall of America and Her Families?

Not sure how "Liberated" Mom was, but...
Mom was a divorced woman (Notice I am NOT PC?) that had been raised by her father (an American from Ireland, legally here) to shoot, drive, and succeed (She seldom accepted "charity").
We had normally (except when we resided for two years in a Housing Project in Carter County, TN) at least a .22 rifle and a "Saturday Night Special in out home. She taught us RESPECT, used corporal punishment and only had one "bad seed", as she raised five of us to adulthood.
Today, a single parent cannot handle a mortgage, rear two children, pay for the insurances and still have time for themselves, without Family help.
Yes, we are a Walton-ized family. Thank God!
BTW, She taught us of God, Introduced us to numerous Belief Systems, and let us and God decide.
