VA Community Care (at least in San Diego) is not veteran friendly or easy to use. There is a clear disconnect between veteran use on CC and the VA doctors.

Lack of information on service's and instructions that take place in va hospital or clinic . With out info and instructions it took me 41 years to get my disability and only back dated for 6 months and yes it still makes me mad !

The V.A. should do something about the V.A. in Porto Rico.
It should not even be called a V.A. Hospital it's just to useless unless you live next to it.
Then they may or may not bury you on your departure !
