Do you know what it is and what the purpose; how to reference it?
Originally, the Army introduced Project Warrior in 1989 as Vietnam War veterans retired, depleting the force of combat-experienced Soldiers. To fill the void, Project Warrior sent participants to the CTCs (JRTC,JMRC,NTC) which provide experience that is the closest to actual combat.

This is a great program. SFC Wells a 68W did it and he is better off for it. Now,, SFC Martin a 68W is doing it.

I've heard two stories but when a Service Member is selected to serve as an OC/T (Observer). They share their combat experience to rotational units to either a Division or Brigade Combat Team in being success for future deployments or natural disasters. Then the service member is sent to TRADOC slotted in a Trainer Developer or Small Group Leader position.
