Does AR 601-210 and UR 601-210 also govern over Air National Guard? or what will be the Air National Guard ,regulation?

I'm trying to re-enlist into the Navy reserve and they had a question about the code 6C but I don't know why it would be under review I did the 6 years that I signed up for.

I was always understood if the code on.your DD214 is anything other than RE-R1 there is some sort of issue with your time in the service. Not sure what the other codes mean but RE-R1 is what you want.
