What does a troop with an RE3 code have to do to reenlist?

Greetings RP!
I am and have been desperately trying to reenlist and get back in the Army since the beginning of 2015.
I served from May 16, 2006 until January 22, 2010.
My last duty assignment was with the 28th Combat Support hospital out of Ft Bragg, NC.
My RE code is 3 I think. I made some minor mistakes while deployed to Iraq. I never had any major disciplinary issues. Was always proficient in my MOS as well as physically fit and an overall good soldier. I have learned from my mistakes and am ready to serve our country as a career soldier.
Can anyone here assist a troop in getting back into the greatest army??

PVT Dominique Stewart have you called and asked your local recruiter what the RE code 3 means? That may helps us who are not familiar with the whole recruiting realm.

Yes sir. I called several recruiters. Half said I can get back in half said I cant

You'll need a waiver.
Reading the backstory, I'd be pretty surprised you got an RE3 for that unless you had them on a govt computer.

Trying to change my are code 4 to a three received it for not having a high school or GED but now do what can I do to get it changed to get back in

I received an re3 code with an honorable discharge but I received it for misconduct. I like to feel I was given the code and character of service because I was a great soldier. I just don't know my odds of getting a waiver.

i keep getting the runaround about getting a certain document mailed to the naval board and with it i need to have change of character affidavits. please share your insight on this new development if you can
