If you do go stay away from the AIT Soldiers. That is the quickest way to get kicked out of the Army at a TRADOC post.

Fort Gordon is a school post, they really don't have slots for your MOS. You need a post that has deployable units. Stewart is close to there and has your MOS

SFC Stephen H. yeah but MI BNs don't have a lot of equipment. You find 91Cs in BCTs, Aviation brigades, fires, engineers, and support brigades mostly.

MAJ Ronnie Reams honestly not sure what a DFAE is. 91C are usually found in a BSB, support Forward Support company or Support Brigade. Basically anywhere you'll find a mechanic, except they're a tiny MOS and you're usually authorized about one E4 per company and one E5 per BN.

Directorate of Facilities and Engineers. Often called in shorthand Post Engineers, lots of GS and WGs, some SES and some soldiers. Usually directed by a Silver button CE COL. They do building, HVAC, etc repair used to housing, but that mostly private now.
Maintain roads, run sewage plant, water plant, etc. They maintain and repair the physical plant.

I have never been stationed at Fort Gordon but I’m pretty sure they will have you doing 91D or B work.
