Situation: I've been married since October and
haven't gotten paid BAH. Last month July, my LES'
remarks said "Change BAH *insert marriage date*
(202)" but it hasn't change my pay/entitlements.
was expecting I'd get mid month August but as I
check my pay for august, its still my regular base
pay without BAH or anything. Please help.

I never understand why this happens. Get your chain of command to take you down to finance and fill out a DA5960 "AUTHORIZATION TO START, STOP, OR CHANGE BASIC ALLOWANCE FOR QUARTERS (BAQ),AND/OR VARIABLE HOUSING ALLOWANCE (VHA)". You will need a copy of your marriage license and I would bring a copy of your spouse's birth certificate, you will need to have that somewhere in this process. Make sure that your admin has sent this to your S-1, but the S-1 is not finance.

You may want to talk to S1 because with the IPPS-A roll out happening soon, that's how things like pay changes are going to be processed. I just had the leaders class on it and they told us to download a copy of our SRB now because starting Aug 15, you won't be able to access it on HRC anymore. But in the class it mentioned pay changes were one of the things that would be done through that, along with leave, awards, etc.
