Your Reenlistment Eligibility (RE) code is found on your DD214 (box 27). Does it have a number beside it? You should see RE-1, RE-3, RE-4, etc. Once you find that, look at Table 3-1 in AR 601-210 and it shows your eligibility. Some discharges require waivers for you to reenter. If you need to fix your driver's license and obtain custody agreement, that may be the only things stopping you from reentry.

What did you get discharged for? Have you been back to MEPS? Have you talked to a recruiter? What kind of discharge did you get? What is the RE code on your 214?

When I got out the military I had no reentry code on my DD214, the recruiter didn’t know what my re code was and I requested a copy of my records and my DD214 still had no recode but when I sent a request To ABCMR to correct my records they put a re code on my Dd214. so request a discharge upgrade!
